Two of my biggest fascinations / passions.... Quite likely one of my favourite topics of conversation.

This is a picture of one of my baby venus flytraps. As you can see, she is munching on two baby crickets. You can tell because once she captures her prey, her leaves close tightly, the outer edges forming a lip, the seal inside holding the cricket and digestive / enzyme liquids.

I love plants and have a great respect for nature, but the carnivores hold my interest and my passion. In a way, I find them rather sexy. They are strong, adapted to survive their environments and even to defend themselves. Carnivorous plants are extremely unique and there are many varieties. My next goal is to get a B52 variety of venus flytrap, the giant. As well, a King Sundew is an absolute must, it is said that you can see it move.

Unique and rare things catch my attention, they fascinate me and curiousity draws me to them. If it is odd, unknown or unusual... you have quite likely found something that I am dying to hear about.

Many ask why this is a suggested gift, they think that a plant cannot hold meaning like a bottle of wine or other material items that are often listed by others. But, if you want to truly impress me, you must get to know me. If you want to show me that I am special to you, you must understand that I am not a normal woman. These plants are very special to me and I recieve constant enjoyment from watching them.

This picture of me was taken last winter and I love this shot and the madness that I feel it depicts. I named it, "I'm not a psycho." I've always loved interesting shots that depict the moment, the everchanging things that we are, the illusions that we love so much and hold so dearly too.

This brings me to one of my other great interests and passions, the sociopath. Why? They are absolutely fascinating in every respect. They are the artist of their kinds, painting the canvas of our world with their unique ways. They are not all killers, but let's look at just the killers, for sake of argument. Are you aware of the difference between a psychopath and a sociopath? They are very different, a sociopath has no mental illness, that is to say that they know what they are doing and are not driven by some madness or defect. Noone can say for sure what makes them, the only thing you can be sure of is that no two are the same, no two have the same influences. They were not all abused, nor poor or rich.... no, they are completely different. They plan, they are difficult to catch, they learn to hide themselves under perfect illusions of normalcy.

I am curious, I love mystery, intellectual challenge. I study all people, I always have. What makes them tick? What leads them and what do they hide? I watch them move and therefore, read the slightest hints of body language quite easily. Facial expressions, eye movements, all of these things tell over and above what you say. Intelligence is beautiful to me, openness of mind, these things are far more important to me than simple physical looks. Respect for my intelligence is crucial, those who think that they know all are doomed to be fools. There is nothing worse than a pedant fool.

My favourite time of year is the fall with all of the brilliant colours, but I despise the cold. I am a Virgo by astrology and a Tiger by chinese astrology. My favourite colours are the brightest and deepest reds and burgundy's, my favourite shade is deepest black. I love leather, velvet, silver and brass. My favourite gem is the ruby and my favourite animal, the wolf.

I love tattoos and piercings, if you should be in these professions, we should chat. If you have art of your own, you will likely find it admired by me.

Finally, why do I hide these secret links? I want to know who is actually searching, it is my little game and it pleases me when someone has gone to the lengths of searching for more information on me. It pleases me that you play my little game and that it makes me smile should be answer enough.
